The LBW PC series Vertical Automatic Insulating Glass Gass filling inside Flat Press Production Line consists of the following components: feeding section, washing and drying section, storage section, light inspection section and spacer bar put section, outside assembly section, Inflatable board press and gas filling section,output section.

Washing and drying section is made of 304 stainless steel, containing nickel but not iron, not easy to rust

Adopt Schneider servo motor for pressing section

high-pressure valve and low-pressure valve are used to automatically calculate the glass volume, and the flow meter controls heavy gas to prevent argon gas waste
